Ever thought about trying Cross

Fit or powerlifting but weren’t sure where to start? Or maybe you just want to watch people willingly pick up heavy things for fun. Join us for our grand reopening on Sunday, October 25th, from 11 AM–3 PM! No experience needed, no pressure, and no need to know what a burpee is (yet). Come meet our coaches, check out the workouts and demos, and see what our community is all about! Bringing the family? We’ll have a kids’ workout at 1 PM, a bouncy castle, colouring station, and BBQ. 319 City Road, Haymarket Square And because this is Saint John, you know it best as the old bingo hall.
