Join us for a **yoga session at the Bethell Field House.**
You need only bring a yoga mat or towel if you'd like to use one. We’ll start with a brief meet-and-greet, followed by a **50-minute yoga session** suitable for all levels.
**Sometimes, after yoga, we head out for a social gathering!** When we do, it’s usually at McLaren’s Pool Hall, where you’re welcome to join us for a relaxed game of pool. No experience is needed—we’re happy to show you how to play!
