The Yin of Grief : Grief and Love as two hands of the same prayer. A restorative and supportive practice through the hips, heart and lungs exploring grief through the field of heart-to-body coherence. When we tend grief through the body, every breath becomes the prayer and every heartbeat becomes the living reminder of how alive we are. This is an invitation to slow down. To feel, to breathe, to soften. To honour what we have loved and to honour what we have lost. We will tend to the heart and body as one. Breath by breath, heart in hand, with no parts left behind. For grief is a journey home - to greater depths of self than we have every known. Join Brittany in this practice of tending grief and love as the same prayer.
