Stepping into Elderhood with Courage & Awareness

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙨, 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙙 𝙚𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙧? 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝙞𝙩 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙣 𝙚𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙧? As we move into elderhood, life changes in many ways. We may notice changes in our bodies, relationships, circumstances, and in how we understand ourselves and our place in the world. This new and meaningful phase of life invites reflection, awareness, and discovery. Stepping into Elderhood draws on reflective practices inspired by yoga to explore who we are now, what matters most to us, and how we want to move into the next chapter of our lives. Through visualization, contemplation, and reflective practices, we will create space to look beyond the stories and expectations that society and culture may have given us. Together, we will explore questions such as: ~ Who have I been? ~ Who am I now? ~ How do I want to live the rest of my life? 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗟𝗲𝗼𝗱 and 𝗥𝘂𝘁
