*This will be the last time we have a weekday-evening Pino hike until spring because the Elena Gallegos area closes at 7pm starting November 1st until April 1st! Don't worry though - we'll still keep doing other weekday (night) cardio hikes throughout winter.*

Join me on hiking up the **Pino trail** for 2.75 miles to a dedicated turnaround point. At around 7:10pm we head back down and gather anyone that is still heading up.

***What does "Cardio" hike mean?***

We hike to get out of the house and stay healthy. Some hike faster, and some hike slower. Sometimes you're hiking with a group, and sometimes you're hiking alone. Go whatever pace you're comfortable with 😊 It's fine if you don't make it to the turnaround point before everyone starts heading down, because we hike down toge
