Suicide Loss Bereavement Support Group

This support group is open to adults who have lost a family member, partner, friend, colleague, or other loved one to suicide, whether the loss occurred recently or years ago, with participants encouraged to wait at least three months after the loss. Facilitated by a therapist specializing in suicide bereavement, the group provides a confidential space for compassionate discussion, emotional support, psychoeducation, and practical coping strategies while connecting with others who understand this unique grief experience. Participants will have opportunities to better understand the grieving process, normalize common reactions, develop healthy coping skills, and foster healing, hope, resilience, and connection.
