Join Salt & Spruce during the Harvest Market for Smoked & Spiced, a one-hour guided cocktail and mocktail class inspired by the warming flavours and aromas of fall.

In this hands-on experience, guests will explore how smoke and spice can add depth and complexity to beverages while learning the fundamentals of cocktail and mocktail creation. Together, we will discuss flavour balance, infused syrups, and the role aroma plays in shaping the drinking experience.

Participants will have the opportunity to smoke their own glass and create a seasonal cocktail or alcohol-free mocktail with guidance from the Salt & Spruce team. Along the way, we’ll introduce essential bartending tools, techniques, and simple skills that can be recreated at home.
