About this event

Join Jennifer Barrett of Snowy Owl Bakery for a sourdough experience.

No experience? No problem. Jennifer will provide you with your own sourdough starter and supplies and take you step by step through the process of creating your very own loaf.

You’ll learn the sourdough process from start to finish with plenty of time to practice your stretching and folding techniques and ask questions along the way.

Students will leave class with their very own sourdough starter to take home, a loaf of ready-to-bake-at-home sourdough bread plus the pans to make it all happen.

Students are asked to please bring their own apron, a large mixing bowl and a food scale (if you have one).

Date: Wednesday, Oct. 21

Time: 6:00-8:30pm

Place: St. John’s Farmers’ Market , Commercial Kitchen

Cost: $115.00 ($100 +tx)
