November 8 | 12-1:30pFree!Ess’ movement workshop includes a one-hour shake. Shaking is a durational somatic practice where participants continually shake for an extended period of time. Shaking can be a rigorous, raw, gentle, or restful experience, meant for finding joy and pleasure, connecting with one’s body, and/or releasing trauma. Participants will be encouraged to listen to their bodies, go at their own pace, and tune in to their internal world.
