Using seasonal ingredients to naturally create vibrant colors and unique flavors, Chef Espino will guide students through creative techniques for coloring, shaping, layering, and decorating pasta to create beautiful, Pinterest-worthy edible works of art!The best part....students will get to enjoy their freshly made creations during class as a delicious lunch. They’ll also prepare additional fresh pasta to take home and share with family and friends—or dry and save to enjoy at a later date.
