Join us for a fun and beginner-friendly **Self-Defense & Kickboxing** session! 🥊
Open to both men and women. **No previous experience is necessary.**
We’ll practice practical self-defense, kickboxing fundamentals, striking, movement, pad work, and conditioning. You’ll get a great workout while learning useful skills in a friendly and supportive environment.
**What to wear:**
Comfortable workout clothes and **clean indoor athletic shoes** are all you need.
Come learn practical skills, get stronger, build confidence, and meet new people. **Beginners are especially welcome!**
