October Story Circle with Paul Dean

Join us October 14th at 7pm for our October Story Circle with Paul Dean! All performers will receive a complimentary beverage from the Battery Cafe. $5 cover at the door. Please go early, as seating fills up quickly! A bit about Paul: Paul Dean is a geologist and writer from Newfoundland with a strong interest in public outreach in Science and the Arts. He has Bachelors and Masters degrees from Memorial University and served as a senior government official with the provincial government for 25 years. He was the Executive Director of the Johnson Geo

Centre prior to his retirement in 2010. He has co-authored and written many publications on the geology and mineral resources of Newfoundland and Labrador and presented on these topics locally, nationally and internationally. He started writing short stories and songs for presentation at The March Hare Festival in 1999 and continued until 2016.
