Gear Swap - Fall/Winter 2026

You don't need to have items in the Gear Swap to be able to shop! Come on out and support the community and find great deals on gently used gear! The Outfitters Fall/Winter Gear Swap is a community event in association with Avalon Nordic Ski Club. What will you find at Gear Swap? Outdoor Orientated Gear & Apparel Now, most items swapped during this event are winter-related, such as skis and related ski products, snowshoes, winter outerwear, rain shells, clothing, footwear, and anything else outdoor-related (like camping gear, backpacks, etc). Children's outdoor wear is encouraged! Got Items to Sell? We are accepting items at both locations. Mount Pearl drop offs will be cut off at 2pm on Saturday Nov 8th. Items can also be brought in and dropped off at the Gear Swap event. This is a great opportunity to clear out your closet of gently used items that you are no longer using, or that you would like to upgrade.
