Come join us at our Caregiver of Mental Illness Support Group to connect, share experiences, and provide each other with much-needed support Welcome to the Caregiver of Mental Illness Support Group! Join us at Oliver Woods Community Centre for a safe space where caregivers can come together to share experiences, offer support, and find resources. This in-person event aims to provide a supportive community for those caring for loved ones with mental illness. Whether you’re a parent, sibling, partner, or friend, this group is here for you. Connect with others who understand the challenges you face and gain valuable insights and coping strategies. Together, we can navigate the ups and downs of caregiving for individuals with mental health conditions. Your loved one may be walking through Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Depression (or Depressive Disorder), Psychotic Episodes, Psychosis, Schizoaffective Disorder, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsiv
