Join Coastal Flow Club for a feel-good morning of yoga, flowers, and community! We’ll start with an all-levels yoga flow to stretch, reset, and ease into the weekend before creating our own seasonal mini bouquets to take home using fresh flowers.
Whether you’re coming with friends or showing up solo, this is your invitation to get outside, try something creative, and connect with like-minded women in a relaxed, welcoming space.
WHAT TO EXPECT♡ An all-levels yoga flow led by a certified yoga instructor♡ DIY seasonal mini bouquet making with fresh flowers♡ Time to mingle, meet new people, and enjoy the fresh ocean air♡ An optional walk to Neat coffee shop to socialize afterward for anyone who wants to keep the morning going ☕️
