ATLS Provider Course
Join us for an exciting in-person event, the ATLS Provider Course! This two-day course will be held at Bryan Medical Center West Campus - Birthplace of ATLS. 2300 South 16th Street, Lincoln, NE, 68502.The Advanced Trauma Life Support® (ATLS®) program will teach you a systematic, concise approach to the care of a trauma patient. This two-day Traditional ATLS course includes a pretest, hands on skills, and post testing. Successful candidates will be awarded four-year certification. All courses are conducted according to the guidelines of the American College of Surgeons. The vision of ATLS was birthed here at Bryan Medical Center, formally known as Lincoln General Hospital, by Dr. James K. Styner after a tragic 1976 event in which a plane Dr. Styner was piloting, crashed into a Nebraska cornfield with his family, causing severe injuries to his 3 children a
