About this event

Join us on Saturday, Oct. 24, from 2:00–3:00 p.m. as Projēkt takes to the skies in music about light, flight, and dreams. The program is rich with vivid imagery—sunlight (sunrise, light filtered through leaves and fog, sun "splitting rocks"), flight (excerpts from Leonardo da Vinci’s journals on human flight, and the myth of Icarus), and the quiet strength of staying grounded. This light- and image-filled performance will feature a collaboration, with live visuals by Duncan Major. We’ll be sharing works by Laura Jēkabsone, Marie-Claire Saindon, Eric Whitacre, Christopher H. Harris, Kristopher Fulton, Andrew Balfour, Taylor Scott Davis, and Laura Hawley. Tickets are available online now, (at the link below) and at the door - $20 for students, $30 general admission. We hope to see you there!
