Join Karate with Aoife for a supportive, empowering workshop designed to help women feel more confident, aware, and prepared in everyday situations. This workshop focuses on practical skills you can take with you beyond the training space. You don't need any martial arts experience to participate, just come as you are and be ready to learn!
