Weds. night mystery hikes at PKOLS (Mt. Doug)

Why we picked it

Hello hikers, \*Weeknight hikes in April will take place at PKOLS (Mt. Doug)\* Come join us for an approximately 6-8 km "mystery" loop hike. Times listed are approximate. \*Meet at the waterfront parking lot for Mt. Doug - 4501 Cordova Bay Rd - near the washrooms. Please be 5-10 minutes early (especially if you need to sign the waiver). For the first week, we will do a loop around Mt. Doug and likely summit Little Mt. Doug. The hike will take around 2-2.5 hours maximum. This is a moderate-paced hike with easy sections, very muddy sections, and more challenging sections of steep roots & rocks. Please wear sturdy hiking boots or shoes - and prepare for mud! :-) Bring snacks, water, layered clothing, and a light or headlamp (we will be coming back well before dark but it's good to be prepared).
