NEW START TIME! Throughout the month of October, the NOAGE walking group will meet on Mondays at 5:00 PM at the Magazine Street entrance to Audubon Park. (Beginning on November 2, the day after Daylight Savings ends, the start time will move to 4:00 PM.) Adults of all ages welcome! Please note that the group will be ***automatically canceled*** in the event of rain, heat warnings, or other inclement weather. Be sure to consult with your primary care physician before beginning any new fitness regimen.
