It is that time of year again. Join Victoria Data Society for our Summer BBQ and Annual General Meeting. The AGM will cover a short review of the past year, a look at upcoming priorities, and board updates. **Everyone is welcome to attend. Voting is limited to VDS members.** 💲 **Cover charge** * No charge for VDS members * $10 cash or card at the event for non-members * RSVP on MeetUp **🍔 Food & Drinks:** * Provided: Beef & vegetarian - burgers, hot dogs, condiments, soft drinks, basic tableware * Feel free to bring anything else you would like to eat or share. * No alcohol. ### **Agenda** * **12:30 PM – Arrival & Social** * **12:45 PM – BBQ Lunch Begins** * **1:30 PM – Annual General Meeting** * **2:00 PM – Networking, lawn games** * **2:30 PM – Event Wrap-Up** *** **📌 Notes:** * Dress for the weather – the picnic shelter provides some cover, but we’ll be outside. * Bring lawn chairs, picnic blankets, or outdoor games if you’d like!
