The Veterans Health & Resource Fair will be held at War Memorial Plaza, 101 N. Gay Street, Baltimore, MD 21201, at the end of the Veterans Day Parade route.
The parade begins at the Washington Monument, 699 North Charles Street, Baltimore, MD 21201, and concludes at War Memorial Plaza, where the Resource Fair will take place. A
