Flow—a guided yoga practice that weaves Vinyasa-inspired movement, music, atmosphere, and storytelling into one immersive experience. As we move through the practice, the story unfolds around us. The music shifts. The room changes. And your movement becomes part of the journey. But underneath the atmosphere and storytelling, this is still yoga: breath-led movement, familiar poses and transitions, moments of stillness, and plenty of room to listen to your own body and make the practice yours. You don't need to know the story ahead of time, and you don't need to be an experienced yogi. Just bring your mat, water, comfortable clothes, and a willingness to step into the experience.
