About this Event

Join Coach Page and Coach Taylor for an afternoon of fitness and fellowship. The Rooted and Well Event will include fitness session, take time to mix and mingle, and attend a nutrition seminar. Lunch and goodies are included.

The fitness session will take place at Holmes Park near the Skate Rink and the lunch & learn session will take place across the parking lot at the Cleaver Family YMCA (7000 Troost Ave. KCMO 64131). The Rooted & Well Event is an in-person wellness event for the general public.

Itinerary:
