Craft & Luminaetum**

Erin will share her journey building a second Saa

**Allyson Miller — Sr. Director, Recruiting, Vaco Technology**

Allyson will share insights from the recruiting side of the market: what employers are looking for, what she's seeing in hiring trends, and how product professionals can better position themselves in today's job market.

**Together, we'll explore both sides of the equation:**
