The Pelvic Floor Awakening presented by Bluegrass Women's Retreats

A weekend for women ready to come home to the center of their power.

About this Event

Western medicine has taught us to live segmented — treating the symptom in front of us without ever asking what else is feeding it. We're done living that way.

As women, our essence rises from the pelvic bowl. It is our center of gravity, our giver of life, the seat our energy rises from — and yet it's the part of us our culture has spent centuries downplaying, dismissing, even demonizing.

The Pelvic Floor Awakening is a retreat built to reverse that. On Saturday, together in community, we release the tension and trauma the body has been holding, reconnect with the pelvic bowl as the root of our power and pleasure, and remember what women have always known: we were never meant to heal, or live, alone.

What We'll Do Together

Release stored tension and trauma through bodywork, somatic practice, and breath

Reconnect with the pelvic bowl as a source of power, life, and pleasure — not shame

Move, laugh, learn, and
