Hi everyone, As we continue our journey through the Hermetic Principles, our next gathering will explore the Law of Rhythm. The Law of Rhythm reminds us that life moves in cycles. Just as the tides rise and fall, the seasons change, and our breath flows in and out, our own lives are constantly moving through periods of activity and rest, expansion and contraction, challenge and ease. Rather than resisting these natural rhythms, this principle invites us to recognize them, work with them, and find greater balance through them. Understanding rhythm can help us navigate life's inevitable ups and downs with a little more awareness, resilience, and perspective. As always, we'll explore the topic through open discussion, shared insights, and simple reflective practices. No previous knowledge is necessary—whether this is your first time joining us or you've attended every session, you're very welcome. We'll once again be meeting outdoors at Rockcliffe Park, gathering at the picnic tables
