The Art of Body Wisdom: Root • Release • Return

The Art of Body Wisdom: Root • Release • Return is a two-hour somatic movement experience at Goodall Gallery. Held by the beauty of creative expression, we’ll make space for color, form, space, and sound to become part of the body’s listening. Through music, movement, breath, stillness, and reflection, we’ll explore the autumn movement of rooting, releasing, and returning, following what is present rather than pushing toward a particular outcome. Ecstatic expression is welcome if it arises. So are stillness, subtlety, tenderness, and quiet. There is no need to push, perform, or manufacture catharsis. We’ll follow what is genuinely present and let the body set the pace. This is an invitational, self-paced practice. Move, pause, rest, observe, or adapt at any time. No movement experience is needed. All of you is welcome. Suggested contribution: $22–$44 Pay what you can. No one turned away for inability to pay. Space is limited - registering in advance to hold your space is encouraged. Fa
