Tonight's cooking class will focus on the key ingredients and cooking techniques needed to produce authentic, approachable Thai food.

Chef Heidi has years of experience cooking and teaching Thai cuisine, informed by her travels and research. Her down-to-earth teaching style and fresh recipes will help you to find inspiration in the kitchen.

Participants will learn how to make restaurant-worthy Thai Red Chicken Curry and Shrimp Tom Yum (hot & sour soup), along with Spicy Noodles, Shrimp Cakes with Hot & Sour Cucumber Relish, Thai Garlic Greens, and finish with Thailand's most famous dessert: Mangoes with Sticky Rice.
