What changes when we stop fighting against what already is?

**Radical acceptance invites us to meet ourselves, others, and the circumstances of our lives with greater honesty and presence**. It does not mean that we agree with everything that has happened, excuse harmful behavior, or stop working toward change. Rather, it asks us to recognize reality as it exists in this moment—so we can choose how we want to respond from a place of awareness rather than resistance.

In this Medicine Way Talking Circle, we’ll explore radical acceptance through psychological, spiritual, and Indigenous-informed perspectives. We’ll reflect on the places where we struggle to accept ourselves, where we wish others would be different, and where life has unfolded in ways we never would have chosen.
