Sewing Hope presents Superheroes Undercover, a fashion show celebrating the refugee women of the Sewing Hope Program by Newbornlander. Some superheroes don't wear capes. They look like us. But each one carries an extraordinary story that makes them exactly that: a superhero. These women have rebuilt their lives in St. John's with courage, hope, and resilience. Come see their stories, and the garments they created, take the stage. Dress code: wear black, along with an accessory or piece of clothing that represents your heritage. It's a way to spark conversation and share our roots. Doors open at 6:30 PM.
