About this event

### **Sunset Flow**

**Unwind to this** **one-hour Vinyasa class** meant to slow down your busy day into a more restful evening at home. Class features include more floor time, a slower pace, gentler music, and longer static holds in poses, with more cues to support your physical alignment, prevent injury, and build strength in smaller muscle groups. You’ll move, but with less intensity. Props are encouraged. This class offers standing flows, modified sun salutations, and lots of options to play or experiment with pose variations. Class includes a longer Savasana and may include Pranayama breathing, meditation, or an inquiry with Oracle cards.
