Parking: Meet in the Retzer Nature Center parking lot.
Join us for a fun and festive fall hike at Retzer Nature Center, where we’ll explore the Scarecrow Path and several of the nature center’s other beautiful trails.
We’ll take time to enjoy the creative scarecrow displays along the path, then continue exploring some of Retzer’s trails through its natural surroundings. With Halloween just around the corner, this is a perfect opportunity to enjoy a little seasonal whimsy along with the sights and sounds of autumn.
At approximately 3–4 miles, this hike offers a shorter outing than many of our longer trail adventures, with plenty of opportunity to enjoy the scenery and good company.
Distance: Approximately 3–4 miles
Restrooms: Available at the nature center.
Park Admission: A county park sticker is NOT required.
