About this event
Be Seen. Be Heard. Be Remembered. Be Too Much.
You have a story worth telling. A business worth talking about. A voice that deserves to be heard.
What would change if you stopped holding back?
Join entrepreneur and keynote speaker Ileana Lamar for Energy & Elevation in Austin on November 5—an interactive evening for founders, creatives, entrepreneurs, and aspiring speakers ready to find their voice and own their story.
Come ready to talk about something you’re building, a story you want to share, or a message you’ve been holding back. Throughout the evening, you’ll find the words—and practice saying them out loud.
Together, we’ll:
Explore the Lamar Five™: emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, and financial wealth.
Take part in live voice exercises to practice speaking up.
Create an alter ego you can call on when courage feels out of reach.
Begin shaping your story with the OWN Your Story Method™.
Connect with people who understand what it takes to build something meaningful
