Ds. The Redevelopment Plans must outline the district’s community redevelopment needs, boundaries, market conditions and potential projects that could result from the tax increment generated by the TAD. Attend this in-person session to give input that could shape future investment in your neighborhood! In the City of Atlanta, the updated plans and investment strategies created through this process will also advance the three pillars of the Neighborhood Reinvestment Initiative (NRI): displacement prevention, neighborhood stabilization, and wealth creation. All projects identified through the TAD Redevelopment Plan update process must demonstrate a direct, measurable connection to NRI outcome metrics.
