Together you’ll learn how to roll silky sheets of pasta, craft delicate hand-filled ravioli, and cut stunning long noodles such as linguine or tagliatelle. Along the way, we’ll share tips and techniques used in professional kitchens so you can recreate this impressive dish at home for family and friends.
