  Step into the kitchen for a truly memorable evening and discover the elegance of squid ink pasta. This hands-on date night experience invites couples to roll up their sleeves and create dramatic, jet-black pasta dough from scratch—beautiful, bold, and surprisingly simple to make. Together you’ll learn how to roll silky sheets of pasta, craft delicate hand-filled ravioli, and cut stunning long noodles such as linguine or tagliatelle. Along the way, we’ll share tips and techniques used in professional kitchens so you can recreate this impressive dish at home for family and friends. We will make 2 different types of pasta and the ravioli will be filled with either red pepper ricotta cheese or spinach ricotta cheese.  After you've made your pasta you can pack it all up and take it home with you to either keep in the fridge or store in the freezer for pasta night.                                          <img src="https://doavub8d2uzrx.cloudfront.net/
