Also be advised that you may be asked to relocate your chosen seat, remove head coverings or adjust clothing that may obstruct or distract in camera. There will be no cell phone use during the performance and the use of the bar and entry/re-exit may be restricted due to taping. There will be no signs, posters, loose objects, or other visible distractions allowed inside the house. Once the show starts, food and beverage service as well as bathroom breaks may be limited. Please arrive with plenty of time as you must be in your seat before the show begins. There is no late entry or early exit from the show. Please do not wear white, hats, or clothing with large logos. Darker colors on top are preferred. By  entering   this   area   you   hereby   irrevocably   grant   to Levity Live, LLC, its parent and related companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their officers, agents, representatives, employees, successors and assigns (, "rdquo" -> Levity") the right to photograph, videotape and otherwise capture your image and voice, and to own, license, assign and/or use the same for general marketing and promotional purposes in connection with the Improv and/or to include in productions and other programming throughout the world in any manner and/or medium Levity deems suitable. You will not receive any payment for such use and waive any right to bring any action in law or equity against Levity for such use. Seating is general admission, first-come, first-served, with the exception of groups and premium booths. This event is 21 and over. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 21 years of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund.
