Sound healing is a deeply relaxing, immersive experience that uses organic sounds and vibrations from instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, drums, tuning forks, and other therapeutic instruments to support relaxation and overall well-being. As the sound waves move through the space and body, they can help quiet the mind, encourage the nervous system to slow down, and create space for rest and reflection. Sound can travel to places deep within us, moving us in ways that can be difficult to reach otherwise. Depending on the size of the group, sound bowls may be played on somatically on the body in addition to us moving through the space around you with sound.
