About this event

A guided somatic breathwork journey to help you go **beyond the mind into the body**. The music, guidance, and intention will bring more life force through you in this special practice.

**🔬 We will also be doing biological measurements for 3 attendees.** (brain waves, HRV, and resting muscle tension)

🙋 If you want to be one of the three people who get to see how their bodies changed, please message Michael.

Please only ask to be measured if you are 100% certain that you will be showing up. **We especially want to measure people who have chronic pain, tension, or health conditions.** You will also need to show up 15 minutes early, and stay a little bit after we end (to collect the measurements).

📹 We will also be filming this session in an unobtrusive way. **Please do not attend if you do not want to be filmed** (we will be sharing some clips on social media).

**🧘‍♀️ Bring a yoga mat** (and blanket if you want one).

**🕰️ Please** be on time, and have your phone on silent.
