Six Week Intro to Improv Comedy Workshop for Adults (Wed. in Jersey City)

Meet fellow locals...one scene at a time.

About this Event

Jersey Creative Lab’s six-week Intro to Improv Comedy workshop is built for adults who want to loosen up, get more comfortable thinking on their feet, and meet new people in a fun, low-pressure setting.

By the end of the six weeks, you’ll have a strong foundation in the basics of improv comedy, including scene and character building. You will also feel more comfortable speaking up, thinking on your feet, and trusting yourself in social and professional situations - all without ever feeling like you’re “performing.”No homework, no memorizing lines, no pressure.

This isn’t theater school.

It’s improv as a playful, social, presence-building, after-work experience.

Whether you’re new to town, craving a creative outlet, or simply looking for something more meaningful than another midweek happy hour, this workshop offers a structured, supportive way to connect and grow.

Enrollment is capped at 16 participants.
