Sisterhood Circle………💛 “A circle of women can help us remember the truth of who we are when we have forgotten” A sisterhood circle, is a gathering space for women to come together in a spirit of openness, trust and support. A safe space for sharing, mindful listening and open-hearted connection as we journey through life’s ebbs & flow. It is a place to reconnect with oneself and with others in the unique power of feminine presence. Together, we will explore what helps us feel present, grounded and at home within ourselves. Through reflection, conversation and simple embodied practices, we will consider what it means to listen more closely to the body, trust her messages and cultivate a deeper sense of connection with ourselves. 💛Join us for this evening of connection, shared stories, laughter, cacao tea, healthy snacks, meditation, breath-work, light sound bath and more. Leave feeling more regulated, relaxed and connected. Bring a journal if you have one, one will be provided if not.
