Shake Your Bones - Halloween Ecstatic Dance

This is a powerful time of year, and we feel it right down to the bone. At this dance we will honour those who are already beyond us, connect with each other, and greet the untold expressions of ourselves. Ghosts, unicorns and robots, all welcome 🙂 We are looking forward to shaking our bones with you. Awesome and seasonal playlist with journey arc by Sarah and Emily. As always, we will gather in a circle at the beginning and end of the dance to form connection. Ecstatic dance is a space to move and dance however you feel. It is a practice, a party, a meditation, a ritual, a journey. Find your way. * Sliding scale $15-$30. Purchase through e-transfer to c2FyYWhid2lz
