About this event

Salma Zaky is a stand-up comedian and writer based in New York City. Originally from the Bay Area, she moved to Los Angeles to attend college, where she began her comedy journey in cafeterias and lecture halls. Her material explores the chaos of adulthood and growing up in a French-Egyptian immigrant household that gave her plenty to unpack in front of strangers across the country. She has released mini specials with OFTV, Don't Tell Comedy, Cracked Comedy, and was named a "Comic to Watch" at the New York Comedy Festival. Most recently, she appeared as a contestant on Funny AF with Kevin Hart on Netflix. Her stand-up trio, Firecracker Comedy, recorded their debut stand-up album with Blonde Medicine, now streaming on all platforms.
