Sacred Community: A Monthly Morning Yoga Experience

Presented in partnership with: Sacred Sister Wellness and the Corpus Christi Community Center. This is a FREE event for Corpus Christi Community Center Members and only $10 for non-members. Members please see the front desk to retrieve your members code for sign up. Each month we will find a new location to host this event, this first one taking place at the CCCC facility. Bring your own mat, water, and good intentions. Start your weekend with intention. Join us on the third Friday of every month for a relaxing & energizing morning yoga class designed to awaken your body, calm your mind, and connect with your community. This gentle-to-all-levels class lasts approximately 75 minutes and is the perfect way to begin your weekend, with still enough time to get to work by that 9AM clock-in.
