About this event
Join us for a scenic fall hike through **Rockwood Conservation Area**, followed by an optional group dinner in Guelph! Rockwood is one of the Grand River Conservation Authority's most unique conservation areas, featuring towering limestone cliffs, glacial potholes, caves, wetlands, boardwalks, and beautiful views of the Eramosa River. There are two trails that wind around the reservoir, taking us along the tops of cliffs and beside some of the area's impressive geological features. ### **π₯Ύ The Hike** We'll explore the trails around Rockwood Reservoir, taking in the cliffs, wetlands, boardwalks, and glacial potholes along the way. **A few things to know:** * This is a **moderate outdoor hike**, with some uneven terrain and areas near steep slopes and cliffs. * The Harris & Co. Rockwood Woolen Mill ruins are currently closed for public safety. * Conservation area admission is **not included** with this event. Adult day-use admission is currently listed at **$9.50 per person**. * **\*
