### **Rise + Flow**

Early Morning 60-minute all-levels Vinyasa practice which starts with a slower stretch on your mat. Breathing, gentler music, and mindful awareness are included to awaken your body and mind. We’ll then move to a standing practice focused on simpler linked poses. Class follows the typical Clarity Flow arc with balance, major joint openings, some Yin or Restorative poses, twists, and inversions to release and start your day with intention and focus. Wake up, bring your coffee, and move with intention.
