This is a cult 1990 horror workout, and it’s exactly as unhinged as it sounds. We’ve edited out all nudity, but the video still includes suggestive ’80s/’90s outfits and dancing, and cartoonishly fake horror gore, including stabbings and a severed head (yes, in a toilet). It’s way more cheesy than scary, but it’s not for everyone. Recommended for ages 18+. Viewer discretion advised. Leg warmers encouraged. 🩸💪
