Reiki-Infused Sound Healing with Amy Hudson

Join Amy Hudson, Sound Healer and Reiki Master, for an hour of reiki-infused sound healing. Sink into the resonance of eight crystal singing bowls tuned to 432Hz in the third octave, a deeper, less intense frequency range chosen specifically to melt away stress and guide you into profound rest. Amy weaves Reiki energy healing throughout the experience, supporting your nervous system and nurturing a sense of inner peace that lingers long after you leave. Whether you're brand new to sound healing or a seasoned practitioner, this session offers your body and mind exactly what they need most. Also check out other Health & Wellness events in Lexington.
