Now returning for its 2nd year, R.R.F. expands to a two-day format — transforming from a founding experiment into a stabilized annual institution. This is the year that converts event into tradition. With the Regina Folk Festival having shut down in 2025, R.R.F. helps fill a critical cultural vacuum in downtown Regina, establishing a new anchor in the city's annual festival calendar.
